Performance-linked bonus In addition to the regular semi-annual bonuses, we have adopted a performance-linked bonus system for employees of certain group companies. The bonus amount is determined based on the achievement status of the consolidated performance budget and individual performance evaluations. 51.1
Employee stock option plan This is a system where employees of eligible group companies can regularly purchase company shares. The company subsidizes 20% of their contributions as an incentive. 96.4
