(hereinafter "REGIRISE"), a joint venture specializing in the corporate version of the Furusato Nozei program (Regional Revitalization Support Tax System) business and e-commerce site operation business.

■ Background and Purpose of Establishing the Joint Venture
The corporate version of the Furusato Nozei program is a system that allows companies to receive tax deductions from corporate-related taxes when they donate to local governments' regional revitalization projects positioned within a national-certified regional revitalization plan. Due to benefits such as improving corporate brand value through social contribution and building relationships with local communities, the number of companies utilizing the program is increasing. The market size (total donation amount) is rapidly expanding, with an average annual growth rate of +36% from FY2022 to FY2024 (*).

Dentsu Direct, while supporting the business growth of its clients through direct marketing support services, noted high interest in regional contribution activities through business from its clients, particularly those based in local regions. This led Dentsu Direct to consider new solutions to meet this demand.
On the other hand, Cyber Records has been leveraging the expertise cultivated through its e-commerce site operation outsourcing to develop Furusato Nozei support services since 2017. It has built strong relationships with municipalities nationwide through outsourcing the operation of the individual version of the Furusato Nozei program, and has accumulated extensive experience and expertise in project development and ongoing support for the corporate version of the Furusato Nozei program.

With the establishment of the joint venture, REGIRISE, the company will integrate the extensive client base of Septeni Group companies, including Dentsu Direct, with Cyber Records' network of municipalities and operational expertise.
