The D&I Award was established in 2021 by JobRainbow Co., Ltd., a company engaged in LGBT education and employment support businesses. Corporate initiatives are evaluated based on five elements: Gender Gap, LGBTQ+, Disability, Multicultural Coexistence, and Childcare/Caregiving.
