(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazunari Kondo; hereinafter "Dentsu Direct"), consolidated subsidiaries of SEPTENI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuichi Kouno; Securities Code: 4293), have established a new company, AI CRE8ION LAB, Inc. (hereinafter "AI CRE8ION LAB"). The new company is centered on the organization of "AI-Centric Creative Directors (AI-Centric CDs)," who highly integrate traditional creative expertise in brand advertising with cutting-edge generative AI implementation capabilities, to design and promote next-generation creative strategies. Through collaboration with AI, AI CRE8ION LAB will provide high-quality creative for awareness domains such as TVCMs and Connected TV—which traditionally require significant cost and labor—more quickly, in greater volume, and at mid-range prices.

In February 2026, the Septeni Group formulated "VISION 2030," a set of guidelines to ensure the Group remains indispensable to society for years to come. As part of this vision, the Group aims to be a "VALUE MAXIMIZER"—a partner that maximizes the corporate value of its clients over the medium to long term.
Furthermore, under the basic policy of the Medium-Term Management Plan to achieve "VISION 2030," the Group has set forth "Deepening Businesses " and "Strengthening Management Foundation," and is working on the key initiatives of "Synergy & Collaboration" and AI strategy promotion.

AI CRE8ION LAB, established as a joint venture between Septeni, which provides digital marketing support, and Dentsu Direct, which provides direct marketing support, will build upon the inter-business collaboration between these two companies. While carefully considering risks related to copyright and quality, AI CRE8ION LAB will promote the practical application of AI, starting with brand awareness advertising for TVCMs and Connected TV, to further drive the evolution of the creative field.
