dentsu Japan Establishes "dentsu Japan Human Capital Growth Center," a Cross-Group Consulting Organization Specialized in HR and Corporate Culture
Five companies within the dentsu Japan network--including DENTSU INC. (hereinafter "Dentsu"), DENTSU SOKEN INC., IGNITION POINT Inc., Dentsu Digital Inc., and SEPTENI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuichi Kouno; Securities Code: 4293; hereinafter "Septeni Holdings")--announced today the establishment of the "dentsu Japan Human Capital Growth Center"*1 (hereinafter "the Center"), a cross-functional organization dedicated to supporting growth in the human capital domain. The Center integrates the specialized talent and capabilities of each company to provide comprehensive support for clients' human resource (HR) transformation, organizational change, and corporate culture evolution.

In recent years, the need for transformation in HR and organizational domains has risen sharply, driven by the promotion of human capital management, the mandatory disclosure of human capital information, and the accelerated use of AI and data in the HR field. While many companies are introducing new systems, they often face challenges such as declining employee engagement, underutilized data, or HR measures failing to link directly to corporate value creation.
To address these challenges, the Center aims to connect disparate elements--business and HR, strategy and execution--to create a unified narrative that re-energizes people and organizations. By doing so, it provides clients with value creation and a competitive advantage, realizing both the growth of corporate human capital and the expansion of individual market value.
Service Domains Provided by the dentsu Japan Human Capital Growth Center

dentsu Japan already provides programs such as "HR For Growth"*2--a CHRO support program designed to link human capital management directly to business growth--"Culture For Growth"*3--which supports the creation of corporate cultures that foster growth and value creation--and Recruitment Branding*4, which assists in acquiring the talent necessary for business transformation. We have built a strong track record of supporting transformations for clients across a wide range of industries.
The Center delivers integrated services by bringing together members with proven capabilities and expertise from specialized organizations across the group. These include Dentsu's Business Transformation, Marketing, and Business Produce divisions; the HCM Division of Dentsu Soken; the Transformation Strategy Division of Dentsu Digital; and the Human Capital Lab under Septeni Holdings.
Furthermore, Dentsu has been ranked among the top three for three consecutive years in the "Best Places to Work" rankings published by OpenWork, an information platform for job changes and recruitment. This highlights our Group's proactive commitment to creating environments where each employee experiences high satisfaction and can fully realize their potential. We leverage this internal practical knowledge to support our clients' human capital management.
Moving forward, by expanding the use of AI and data, the Center will analyze the processes for enhancing human capital and engagement through AI, and build a support scheme to connect these insights to strategy formulation and action. At the same time, through joint research with universities and research institutions, the Center will accumulate and disseminate new expertise in human capital management.
The Center will support and accompany our clients in realizing human capital management that contributes to corporate growth.
