SEPTENI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuichi Kouno; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has entered a capital and business alliance agreement with unbot inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Hidenobu Nakamachi; hereinafter "unbot"), a company based in Japan and China that supports cross-border marketing for businesses.

As part of its medium-to-long-term vision, the Septeni Group aims to become a company that achieves both high growth and high returns by acquiring and strengthening its capabilities in digital marketing and related fields, while also promoting strategic alliances. Under the medium-term theme of "Focus & Synergy," the Company is actively refining its existing businesses and creating new value through collaboration with external partners.

unbot operates from bases in Shanghai and Beijing, China, and specializes in digital marketing for the Chinese market. Its services include supporting e-commerce store operations and planning and executing various promotions. unbot also manages an IP entertainment content business that promotes the appeal of Japanese manga, anime, and idols to overseas markets.

This alliance will combine the Septeni Group's extensive knowledge in digital marketing with unbot's expertise in e-commerce support. This collaboration aims to strengthen support for commerce marketing, particularly for functions such as TikTok Shop, and to build a promotion system for Japanese companies targeting inbound tourists.
Furthermore, we will enhance our collaboration in supporting businesses expanding overseas, including cross-border e-commerce, and in content marketing that leverages IP. Through these efforts, we aim to create and provide new value to our clients.
