CLARA, Dentsu, and Septeni Holdings Launch Digital Solutions Specializing in Sports through Business Partnership

Comprehensive Support for Digital Domains of Sports Organizations, Leagues, Clubs/Teams, and Sponsors

CLARA, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kentaro Iemoto; hereinafter referred to as "Clara"), DENTSU INC. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Takeshi Sano; hereinafter referred to as "Dentsu"), and SEPTENI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuichi Kouno; hereinafter referred to as "Septeni HD") have entered into a business partnership aimed at contributing to the promotion of sports and the growth of the sports industry through digital initiatives and solutions. By further strengthening our existing collaboration, we will work to provide integrated digital services starting today, with the goal of driving client growth and advancing society through sports.

In recent years, digital transformation (DX) has been rapidly advancing in the sports industry. Clara, which drives DX across various domains and industries; Dentsu, which has supported solving client challenges through sports and sports organizations worldwide; and Septeni HD, which has promoted sports business through digital marketing support and investments in sports clubs, have entered into a business partnership. This collaboration enables comprehensive support for stakeholders in the sports domain—including sports organizations, competitions and leagues, clubs and teams, sponsors, and media—ranging from addressing digital challenges to driving business growth.
Specifically, Clara, Dentsu Group Inc.*1, and Septeni HD will collaborate through Sports IT Solution, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "SIS")*2, a company specializing in system development for the sports industry in which all three companies have invested; Tokyo United Basketball Club Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "TUBC")*3, a subsidiary of SIS; and SEPTENI SPORTS&ENTERTAINMENT, Inc.*4, a subsidiary of Septeni HD. By leveraging the expertise, talent, and technology of each company, we will provide sports-specific digital marketing solutions, fan engagement initiatives, and digital solution services to various stakeholders.

[Roles of the Three Companies]
- Clara will leverage the insights gained through TUBC's business to provide IT solution services and promote digital advertising initiatives.
- Dentsu will contribute its extensive knowledge cultivated over many years in the sports domain. It will support marketing initiatives, solution development, PR, and promotional activities in collaboration with domestic Dentsu group companies.
- Septeni HD has previously invested in professional sports clubs and implemented digital initiatives in collaboration with its group companies. Moving forward, it will utilize its accumulated marketing expertise to enhance sponsorship satisfaction, design customer experiences, support information dissemination and communication for overall activities, recruit participating partners, and assist in business development.
