Septeni Holdings Awarded the Highest "Gold" Rating in the "PRIDE Index 2025," an Index for LGBTQ+ Workplace Initiatives, for the 8th Consecutive Year
SEPTENI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. has received the highest "Gold" rating for the eighth consecutive year in the "PRIDE Index 2025," an index that evaluates initiatives regarding sexual minorities in the workplace, formulated by the general incorporated association "work with Pride" (hereinafter "wwP").

The "PRIDE Index" was established by wwP in 2016 with the goal of "creating workplaces in Japan where LGBTQ+ people can work comfortably, transcending the frameworks of companies and organizations." Initiatives are evaluated based on five indicators: Policy (action declaration), Representation (LGBTQ+ community), Inspiration (awareness activities), Development (HR systems/programs), and Engagement/Empowerment (social contribution/public relations).

The Septeni Group identifies Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) as one of the materiality sub-categories in its sustainability activities. For over 15 years, the Group has been actively promoting DEI, aiming to realize a workplace where the strengths of every employee with diverse backgrounds can be fully demonstrated.
Centering on "SEPALLY RAINBOW," a cross-group LGBT & Ally network formed in 2017, the Group is promoting various initiatives related to Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) and LGBT issues. These initiatives include system development, such as extending employee benefits to same-sex partners; internal awareness efforts, such as producing original posters and goods, distributing newsletters, and holding related events; and external activities, including publishing interviews with sexual minorities on the Group's official note (blog) and holding joint events with other companies belonging to the Dentsu Group.
