(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Daichi Komiya; hereinafter "Vivivit"), to TAKI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Jui Takizawa; hereinafter "TAKI HOLDINGS").

Vivivit has operated "ViViViT," a matching platform for designers and jobs based on portfolios, creating new career opportunities for creative talent through its unique platform.

On the other hand, TAKI HOLDINGS, centered around TAKI CORPORATION, one of Japan's largest design agencies, has been a leader in the Japanese creative industry for many years, focusing on solving corporate challenges through design.

The Septeni Group is committed to rigorous portfolio management and the continuous refinement of existing businesses to achieve sustainable and dramatic non-linear growth. As part of this strategy, we explored ways to further expand Vivivit's potential, leading to discussions and the eventual agreement on this share transfer.

This transfer will realize a fusion of "Creative × Platform" by combining TAKI HOLDINGS' high-level creative capabilities with ViViViT's platform functions. We expect this integration of production power and talent-matching infrastructure to create new value and generate significant synergies.
