FLINTERS, a Septeni Group Company, Launches "ADPILOT," an Automated Display Advertising Operation System that Systematizes and Evolves Winning Patterns

FLINTERS, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Masayuki Takano; hereinafter "FLINTERS"), a subsidiary of Septeni Data Solutions, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masayuki Takano), which supports corporate Digital Transformation (DX) by leveraging marketing data, has announced the launch of ADPILOT, an automated operation system that enables companies to systematize and evolve their winning patterns in display advertising operations.

This system is designed to custom-develop automated advertising operation systems based on FLINTERS' extensive expertise and technological capabilities in advertising automation accumulated over many years. Through continuous improvement by registering and accumulating each company's operational know-how and methods as rules, and sharing and utilizing them across the organization, the system supports maximizing advertising performance and streamlining operational tasks, ultimately contributing to sustainable business growth.

In recent years, the growth of the digital advertising market and the increasing complexity of performance-based advertising have demanded greater expertise and faster responses in advertising operations. However, many companies face challenges such as inconsistent results due to differences in skill levels and experience among individual operators, difficulties in addressing tasks during off-hours like holidays or late nights, and the significant workload required to comprehensively manage and monitor multiple advertising platforms.

FLINTERS, a Septeni Group company, has been providing comprehensive support for corporate marketing DX by seamlessly handling everything from building data infrastructure to optimizing advertising operations and developing web systems.

The newly launched ADPILOT is an automated display advertising operation system developed by FLINTERS, leveraging its extensive technical expertise and achievements accumulated over years of developing advertising automation systems. This system is tailored to address the unique challenges of each company.

By setting and sharing each company's unique operational logic and methods as rules, ADPILOT systematizes this knowledge across the organization. It retrieves advertising data from various platforms and master company data (such as proprietary e-commerce data) every 30 minutes, automatically performing tasks such as budget and bid adjustments and delivery management based on the predefined rules. This helps eliminate reliance on individual expertise, elevating the operational capabilities of the entire organization. Furthermore, by continuously improving these rules, companies can evolve their operational know-how, achieving sustained improvements in both advertising performance and operational efficiency.

FLINTERS will continue to leverage the power of data and technology, including ADPILOT, to support companies in solving their challenges and accelerating their growth.

ADPILOT enables the systematization of advanced operational logic and decision-making criteria ("master techniques") possessed by experienced in-house advertising operators. By registering these winning patterns as rules within ADPILOT, companies can transform individual expertise into formalized knowledge that can be shared and utilized across the organization. Furthermore, these rules are not merely accumulated but are continuously tested and improved, allowing the organization to evolve its advertising operational know-how and achieve sustained improvements in both advertising effectiveness and operational efficiency.

3. Unified Management of Multiple Platforms and Flexible Rule Configuration

ADPILOT allows users to monitor and manage operational rules for multiple advertising platforms, each with different specifications and settings, through a single management interface. Users can flexibly configure both cross-platform common rules and platform-specific individual rules. In addition to simple conditional branching, the system supports the creation of complex operational logic by combining multiple metrics and conditions.

■ Benefits of Implementation
・Streamlining advertising operations:
By automating adjustment tasks traditionally performed through the management interfaces of various advertising platforms, ADPILOT enables significant improvements in operational efficiency.

・24/7 optimization of advertising performance:
ADPILOT reduces the risk of Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) deterioration during off-hours, such as late nights and early mornings, where human oversight has traditionally been limited. Its high-frequency automated adjustments accelerate the PDCA cycle, ensuring stable improvements in advertising performance.

・Resource shift to strategic tasks:
By minimizing the time spent on operational adjustments, companies can allocate freed-up resources to more essential and strategic activities, such as data analysis, strategy planning, and creative optimization.
