(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koki Sato, Securities Code: 4293) handling HR technology business, started to offer "HaKaSe Onboard," an onboarding system which supports new employees' early entry into the workforce, in cooperation with Human Logic Laboratory, Inc. for the development.
These days, "onboarding" to solve issues in the personnel domain is getting attention because the difficulty in adapting to an organization has grown due to the diversification of working patterns and values and the spread of telecommuting in accordance with the expansion of COVID-19. The Company will start to offer "HaKaSe Onboard" and it mounts "visualization of compatibility" based on FFS theory (developed by Dr. Keichi Kobayashi), which Human Logic Laboratory, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Toshiyuki Furuno) offers, and a patent-pending original technology that enables "visualization of reputation" through peer review. With the onboarding program utilizing such quantitative data, the Company will support reproducible adaptation to the organization.
Human Capital Lab, Inc. will offer the DX services that realize the maximization of human capital by using technologies and support personnel activities such as recruitment, adaptation and development of clients.
About "HaKaSe Onboard"
The Company clarifies the personnel domain into three divisions, "recruitment, adaptation and development", and "HaKaSe Onboard" supports DX of the "adaptation" area. It is designed to convert the data from the "adaptation" area to the other two areas, and for example, it can analyze and find "an employee who is likely to be matured more in the Company" from the data of onboarding, and give some feedback to the recruitment activities.
This service is not only to solve issues during onboarding, but also to realize clients' smooth DX promotion among the personnel domain at the same time. Therefore, the clients can use it as a first step to promote DX of personnel activities.
