Our company's business is the management and overall control of group companies through the ownership of shares and other forms of equity.To carry out this business, we need to handle a considerable amount of personal information.
We created a personal information protection management system to perform maintenance and management as we realize the importance of protection for personal information.
We declare here that we're a company who protects the personal information and pays a lot of attentions to handle the personal information so that the personal information of our customers as well as our clients and individuals' will be handled properly.

In order to fulfill our responsibility as a company who handles personal information, we stand to the laws, state specified standards and other regulations on personal information handling such as Personal Information Protection Act and Japanese Industrial Standard “The Management System Requirements Concerning Protection of Personal Information(JIS Q 15001:2006)"(so called Privacy Mark), and the person information that our customers and clients, employees submitted will be handled as follows.

1.About use of personal information

  • We collect, use and provide appropriate personal information considering our business contents and scales.
  • When collecting the personal information, we make clear the purpose of use and provide, and the scope of use, it will be collected in an illegal and just way under your personal (for a minor it refers to his/her guardian) permission.
  • We will not use the information you submit for those purposes that are not stated by this Private Policy.And we have solutions to protect from use for other purpose by restricting the access to the personal information and managing the available period of use.
  • If the purpose of use will be changed, we will ask you for permission once more.
  • Sensitive information will not be collected except the case that we have your personal permission or it's requested by the law.
  • We stand to the laws concerning use of personal information, state regulated guide and other related regulations.

We may be entrusted with services such as recruiting, personnel labor management, accounting, and information system management for the overall management of the group companies.Personal information will be used solely for achieving the consignment business on a necessary scale.

5.Information share among Septeni group enterprises

The customers and clients' personal information we collected will be shared between those group enterprises who signed confidential agreements and us.In this case, we ensure the prevention of personal information being leaked, lost and damaged by the shared users by contracting confidential agreements.

  • Improve the internal rules and its application based on audit.
  • We ask the enterprises and individuals of transactions for collaboration in order to achieve the personal information protection.

Inquiry on Disclosure of Personal Information

For the inquiry on notification, disclosure, revision/appending/delete of the purpose of use or refusal of provide for your submitted personal information will be accept under the following procedures, and we will send you the result to you without any delay.

Please printout the inquiry form "Request of Personal Information Disclosure", input or ask your representative to input in each field by himself/herself properly and send with the copy(the document available to verify the name, address, contact) of your ID certificate or your representative's ID certificate to the following address.
  2. Please erase unnecessary information on the ID certificate such as domicile.
  3. When you ask your representative for inquiry please send with the attorney's letter issued by you and the official certificate (copy available) to certify the representative's validity.
  4. Please specify on Request of Personal Information Disclosure that from which provider that your personal information has been used for DM, mail, service, fair and so on.
  5. If you want us to inform about the purpose of disclosure and use, please include the actual mail expense of 800 YEN stamp as for reply fee.
