Our '100 Merchants' concept is mid-term vision to develop our employees into business leaders.

"Hineran-ka"

The "Hineran-ka" centers around our creed, "Hinerenkai". The "Hineran-ka" is also known as the Start-up Development Division and is responsible for formulating a 1-year business plan that will effectively produce a monthly surplus for the company for the 1st half of the year and a cleanup accumulative balance for the rest of the year. Our present core executives that have contributed greatly in the internet ad business are the pioneers behind the "Hineran-ka".

Business Leadership Program

Our "Business Leadership Program" or BLP, provides the support that its participants need to become excellent professionals that they aspire to be. It is a program dedicated to train and produce talented people in their 20s.

Our program includes a variety of internal and external lectures, training, and task rotation that will assist the participants in developing the characters and skills that they need for a career developmen

The Septeni group is dedicated in training and educating the public. Therefore all training expenses are borne by the Septeni group. Once participants have concluded their training, they will be assigned into specific management teams where each member is encouraged to start their own independent business plans. We are proud to announce that our programs have successfully produced many talented businessmen.

"Akindo Project" : Business Design Project

The Akindo Project is a business design contest open to the public which commenced in 2008. Participation is not limited to our internal staff only but is also open to the public. For the one who has what it takes to create a dynamic and original business plan is chance to win an investment support up to \100 million.
