Basic Policy

The Company observes the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws, ordinances and regulations and discloses important information about the Company in a fair, timely and appropriate manner to shareholders, investors and all other stakeholders in order to promote understanding and appropriate assessment of the Company.

Disclosure Method

Disclosure of information subject to the timely disclosure rules stipulated by the Tokyo Securities Exchange is conducted through TDnet, a system for timely disclosure. Information made public through TDnet is also promptly posted on this website. However, Information posted on this website may appear significantly later than its disclosure on TDnet. Accordingly, if you wish to find information disclosed by the Company, please check this website and other sources, including TDnet. Information which is not covered by the timely disclosure rules and thought to have an impact on investment decisions is also promptly disclosed in a timely manner using appropriate methods.

Quiet Period

In order to prevent financial information from leaking and ensure fairness, from the next business day following the end of a fiscal quarter to the day of the earnings announcement for that fiscal quarter is set as a quiet period, and during this period the Company refrains from commenting publicly or responding to questions regarding earnings for that quarter, in principle. However, we may disclose information as appropriate if figures are expected to depart considerably from projections.
